Mountain Echo is a mother-daughter dream turned reality. After years of searching for the perfect spot, our shop found its home in the revitalized C.J. Richardson Hardware Store—now Rivertown—in downtown Marlinton.
Makinsey, a local artist and proud graduate of WVU's School of Art & Design, brings a creative flair and love for her hometown into every detail of Mountain Echo. Brenda, originally from Idaho, found her heart in West Virginia over 40 years ago and has never looked back.
Together, we celebrate community, creativity, and the wild beauty of Pocahontas County through the souvenirs and gifts we proudly offer.
